Hi, I'm Kate...

As a busy mum of two, I strongly believe the power of food and nutrients is central to happy, healthy family life.


Having encountered various hormonal issues myself, I now know that good nutrition can help.


Parenting a sick daughter also taught me that good food can support the immune system and a more holistic approach to health is beneficial.

I have been consciously improving the way I eat for 20 years and I know my life is better as a result. 

Now my mission is to help YOU and YOUR FAMILY feel better too.

My approach...

I see this as a journey; I am more about including different things in your diet rather than taking things away.

I also want to feed and support your whole family and firmly believe that food should be enjoyed and be tasty.

This will become second nature to you, and you will not see it as a diet but simply a whole NEW way of life...
